Todd Ogryzlo M.A., Director New Bridge Career and Internship Services

Mr. Ogryzlo M.A. has more than 5 years' experience in career services. After more than 2 years as co-ordinator of YES Canada's Graduate 2 Work Program, Mr. Ogryzlo founded the New Bridge team in 2003. Mr. Ogryzlo has held 7 different positions in the Youth Development area including work with the Alberta Government, YMCA, Red Deer College, and the University of Calgary.

He holds a M.A. in Human Development and a certificate in Career Development, along with a B.A. from the University of Calgary.

Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Career Development Facilitation from Douglas College. She has over 4 years of experience in the career development field, working with YES Canada-BC for 2 years as a career resource advisor. She is currently completing her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology, focusing her research on work-life balance.
