What is New Grad Internships?

New Grad Internships is a program that breaks the "no experience, no job" cycle. In this program, clients who have a University or College background, contact, interview, and work for their dream employer. Initially participants will be paid minimum wage. However, after the internship, a dramatic increase in wages can be expected.

During the internship component our program, you will develop skills specific to your field, become part of the team, and start contributing to the organization's bottom line. Most skilled interns, having proven themselves, will be offered full-time positions within their host organizations. Others will obtain paid positions with similar companies in their chosen fields, now having the experience and the references to support their job applications.

During your work experience, you will develop the specific skills employers require, along with proving yourself as a great worker. In addition, you will create a strong network of references including supervisors, mentors, and co-workers.

This is a privately funded program. Our program is very affordable to try for the first month is only a $150.00 registration fee. Our program fee which covers the cost of the 8 workshops is the foundation of finding an outstanding internship opportunity becomes due only if the program was effective upon finding a suitable internship position. In the unlikely situation of not finding a challenging and dynamic internship, there are no fees due. Please note, 90% of students we have worked with have found suitable internships!
