This 3-hour workshops ensure that your internship will be completely successful. It will take a great deal of effort and dedication to find, set up, and complete the internships. Therefore, we want to make sure that you know, as accurately as possible, the position you would love to obtain. Also, it is helpful to know which organizations you would like to work for. These two workshops will help you clarify both of these questions.

Workshop #1, Clarifying My Career Path.

We will help you clarify your:

• Passions
• Skills
• Interests
• Natural abilities
• Patterns are affecting your career path
• Organizations that will fit you unique composition
• Career direction

The following questions will be addressed:
How do your passions, dreams and gifts fit into this internship opportunity? How do these relate to the job targets you are considering? Which organizations you would like to intern with and then work for? What "organizational culture" do you work best in? What type of management style do you work best under? Where do you want to be in 5 years and how will this internship experience play into this plan? How would you like to utilize this internship experience to further develop your strengths and weaknesses?

If you are missing any answers to the above questions, this workshop will set the groundwork for an incredible internship experience.

Workshop #2, Meeting Professionals In Your Field.

Have you sat down and talked to a person who is doing a job that you would love to do? This is an excellent way to ensure that the profession you have selected is a good fit for you. Also, these professionals will be able to provide in-depth information about the industry, including any potential internship opportunities.
